Prepare for the challenges ahead with connecting leadership

Any organization can make investments and tap into more-or-less similar resources in preparing for an unpredictable future. It’s how you connect it all up that ultimately makes the difference. Connecting Leadership is all about embracing with confidence the paradoxes of today’s complex reality and converting uncertainty and disruption into sources of energy for personal and organizational growth. Connecting Leadership is a philosophy that nurtures you to become your best self – and every individual in your organization to bring their authentic, effective selves to the table.

In just 10 weeks, you will learn what connecting leadership is, embrace a leadership mindset and become empowered to make better decisions. All of this while preparing for a challenging future by building a strong and healthy culture in your team and developing actions plan both at personal and organizational levels.

What to expect

01 Online learning programme

This program will focus on the four main types of connections: Purpose, People, Goals and Future. Every connection is split into two dimensions of leadership: the individual one and the collective one.

Connecting purpose involves uniting varying viewpoints and paradoxes across the organization into a common direction articulated in a clear shared purpose and values.

Connecting people leads to interrelationships and collaboration. These emerge when the organization provides a safe and nurturing culture.

Connecting with goals leads to decision-making and accountability, with individuals receiving the requisite performance coaching.

Connecting with the future produces change, identifying the skills the organization will need to reach its goals. These connections take place when strategic leadership is nurtured.
